The app is not safe with that video call the message is ok and the app does not work with Abby or gabby

The game is UPSIDE DOWN! In the game you could text with emojis and she would text you back something OFF TOPIC! The doll is also super creepy!! It once woke me up saying "Your old." So dont buy this, and also on an unrelated note dont buy My Friend Cayla either, it can be hacked.

There is something wrong with this game there is a ringing sound thats hurts my ears and the weird thing is besides having to flip your device upsidedown and turn your volume up is that when i tried to put in earphones so i cant hear the ringing i can hear ringing noises outside the earphones my head still hurts from the weird noises

Unable to use any of the features. Application crashes on loading screens.

The app crashes when playing or the screen comes black. Not worth buying the doll if the app is not working.

My daughter is so upset that the app doesnt work with her Abby doll. Apparently it only works with Gabby. When will this be fixed?

my daughter says this app makes a constant chirping sound whenever she opens it ( i dont hear it)

The app is a lot of fun but unfortunately there is a very annoying high pitch noise that only kids can hear and it is quite painful to their ears. I wonder if others have had the same problem and if so, this is something that should be corrected considering it is a childs game.

Great game but there is a big problem every time I open up the game it makes a high pitch sound and its very VERY annoying to me it seams that all spin master toys and apps have something wrong please fix this or Ill report or something also why do you need the volume up all the way do you want us to suffer from the sound and we dont have a choice what if you dont Evan have a Chatser you should fix that as well One more thing why do you need your device upside down that should be fixed thank you

The ringing sound is too annoying and the game crashes when I click a place to go it crashes and I just cannot play it I hope the update will make it better

I always want to play this game but whenever I go to the salon the screen goes black.Please fix this.

I dont like chatsters sometimes because when gabby Is outside in video call she doesnt answer sometimes it is very annoying. They should add more stuff at the mall like a bakery and a store like Claires where it has everything but mixed. I think they should put a new update for this game.

Every time when I clic something like mall or text or something it sends me straight back to home screen its really making me mad.

I have deleted all my apps and it still needs storage. Ridiculous.
